DIRECT REPORT POSITIONS - Executives, Senior Executives, Asst Manager, Managers etc
POSITION GOALS - Strategic planning and Robust Business development of the region
- Owing the P&L of the business line.
- Execute, Manage and develop the Retail Advisory & consulting business including
- Execution of consulting assignments
- Quality check of consulting assignments
- Execution oversight of other team members
- Financial business model preparation for various assignments,
- Risk & Sensitivity assessment in advisory assignments
- Business Development for consulting assignments Govt & Private and transaction support for advisory led transactions in the retail domain
- Actively contribute in internal news-letters and at various industry events
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Identify new client opportunities and lead all pitches independently.
- Ensure all direct reports receive regular guidance and assistance and do the same for their direct reports;
- Ensure all client contracted deliverables are met at required level of service
- Run regular operations meetings with clients as required;
- Drive the development of policies, procedures, processes and systems in consultation with the Senior Director and Head Operations - India;
- Manage invoicing for clients and control of debtors.
- Continually look to develop systems to improve client service and reporting capability in consultation with the senior leaders;
- Execution oversight with the preparation of submissions for new business opportunities. Conduct marketing presentations to prospective and current clients;
- Assist with internal marketing strategy to improve the profile of the retail advisory and consulting business;
- Lead/ Assist with developing new business opportunities across the geography/ region.
- Lead/ Assist the Senior leaders to develop Strategic Business Plans that will develop and grow the business.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Engg/ Urban/Regional Planning, / Architecture plus Economics/ Finance
- Master's degree in finance or real estate or business
- Experience in real estate research and advisory services
- Desired level of business development skills
- Business / Department management skills
- Exposure to real estate consulting
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels within and outside ANAROCK.
- Superior presentation and communication skills
- Should be well versed with MS office, financial modelling and related tools.
- Lateral thinker
