Job Description & Roles:

1. To build and manage sales teams including team leads and sales agents

2. To build and maintain relationships with developers & further the commercial strata sales mandate business

3. To set and ensure sales and revenue targets for the city are met

4. To manage the city commercial P&L

5. To design and implement systems for the execution and reporting of mandates
