Anarock - AVP/VP - Corporate Finance

Functional :

- Drive business of the platform by continuously identifying and generating potential leads for debt, Equity, LRD, structured funding, proposals from developers, Hotel Operators, Hotel Owners, Funds and Corporates

- Ensure delivery of optimal business revenue & profitability for self and India business

- Collaborate with Corporate office and other group companies to optimise business origination and delivery

- Networking with developers, Hotel Operators, Hotel Owners, Corporates and Capital providers to get mandates for debt, equity, LRD and structured funding proposals

- Networking with lenders and Private Equity funds to ensure smooth processing of proposals

- Work in close coordination with internal teams / tap market sources to identify funding opportunities when the new greenfield hotels are getting signed up

- Create effective niche in preparation and presentation of proposals to lenders and investors along with complete analysis of the proposal with data

- Continuously identify opportunities to leverage the organisational strengths and create new avenues of income generation

- Identify avenues for cross selling different services offered by the organisation and generate revenues by cross selling

- Create modules for sharing information on the proposal with the relevant stakeholder

Strategic :

- Ideate & recommend new project, process developments

- Manage innovative sales processes that are competitively benchmarked

- Drive business in a manner to maintain operational, process and regulatory compliance and ensure quality is maintained

- Complete understanding of real estate funding cycle with proven capability in assessing / working on real estate funding proposals

- Ability to read, decipher and interpret balance sheet and financial statements specially with respect to real estate companies/ developers and hotels

- Proven relationship skills in generating and executing business plan

- Should come either from a banking platform or top tier investment banking platform
