Anarock - Associate - Research - Real Estate/Hospitality Sector

Job Description-

1) Conduct research and prepare data/narrative information for use in market reports, publications and proposals.

2) Provide company and industry research by tracking market activity using internal and external resources.

3) Communicate data excellence and insights and actively contribute to the company's internal repository.

4) Identify key trends through business acumen study and publish market reports regularly

5) Collect and prepare data required for writing reports

6) Compile research into research papers, presentations, publications and other deliverables.

7) Contribute to market thought leadership by providing research information for use on various platforms. Work with media houses to publicize market trends and analysis on social media platforms.

Desired Profile-

1) 5+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/hospitality sector or any other service industry

2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3) Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4) Strong analytical skills and experience using a research database.

5) Ability to translate data to written reports and presentations

6) Excellent analytical skills and ability to deep dive into data

7) Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and workload
