Anarock - Analyst - Capital Markets - CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of information docket Information Memorandum, Financial Models

2. Assist the business line heads in transaction and structuring of deals

3. Create business strategies for key clients

4. Liaison with the various business verticals under Anarock Group to create market reports

5. Conduct secondary research as a part of transaction advisory assignments

6. Co-ordinate and work with various city leads on transactions

Skill sets-

1. In-depth Financial modelling skills is a must

2. Advanced knowledge in Power point, Excel

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Hands on experience in real estate capital markets transactions is preferred

5. Qualification: CA (First attempt)

6. Female candidate preferred
