Title : Sr. Manager Process Design & Reengineering

Reports Directly To : Head - Retail Business

Background :

Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is an NBFC set up by Friends of Women's World Banking - India (FWWB) in 2009, with the objective of reaching out to a large section of microfinance institutions (MFIs) and grass root entities. Ananya is one of the responsible NBFCs in India with the commitment to serve socially motivated bottom-line enterprises. The company caters to the microfinance, smallholder farmer financing and enterprises that operate in the impact space. The company has a pan-India presence

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design microfinance and individual lending processes along with associated regulatory, legal, compliance and/or operational requirements.

- Undertake initiatives on cost reduction, process & operations transformation, process design & reengineering

- Knowledge of framing of business policies and processes

- Process Re-engineering - with particular focus on the practical use cases and minimizing manual work

- Good understanding of LOS/LMS and digitization of processes

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Expert understanding of microfinance business in NBFC-MFIs/SFBs

Qualification and other skills requirements :

- Experience in framing process and policies in microfinance vertical of NBFC-MFIs and SFBs

- Experience of working in Internal Audit Department (IAD) would be welcome

- 4-6 years' experience in NBFC/BFSI/MFI sector

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Enthusiasm for work, willingness to pitch in as needed, and a flexible approach to the working environment is essential

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT.

- Ability to work under pressure and against tight timelines
