5. OVERALL OBJECTIVE Manage the entire HR operations

6. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Leading Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management.

- Spearheading and driving the people strategy in line with business strategy

- Plan talent requirements and oversee hiring.

- Design organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations.

- Build employer branding, attracting talent and manage attrition.

- Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement.

- Work with all business units to address employee issues.

- Lead performance and compensation management tasks.

- Lead leadership development initiatives.

- Lead training and development initiatives.

- Analysing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation system; implementing rewards & recognition programs.

Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is a growing NBFC in the impact finance space. The company caters to the microfinance, smallholder farmer financing and enterprises that operate in the impact space. The company has a pan-India presence.

The company also has a NBFC-MFI subsidiary, Prayas Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (Prayas). Ananya has a branch based physical model of distribution and most of its branches are registered in Prayas.

Ananya is looking to appoint its Group Head of Human Capital. The company being a financial service provider, Human capital is one of its biggest and most important assets. The company is looking to appoint the functional head of human resources who will be responsible for handling the entire HR operations across both the organisations Ananya & Prayas. The position is part of the Senior Leadership team at Ananya and reports to the Managing Director, Executive Director and a Board-level Human Resource Committee. The base-location for the position is Gurugram and the role involves limited travel.

KNOW HOW AND EXPERIENCE

- MBA with specialization in HR with at least 10 years of hands-on HR management experience, preferably in Inclusive Banking, Microfinance or other Financial Services.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Acute attention to detail

- Flexibility and ability to cope with stressful situations.

- Creativity and ability to work with limited resources.

- Ability to relate to and motivate staff effectively.

- Experience with HRM systems

- Strong written and oral communication skills

Qualified MBAs with specialization in HR from reputed B-schools with at least 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in Microfinance, Micro-enterprise Financing or any other entity in the financial services sector may apply by emailing their detailed CV
