Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is a fast-growing NBFC in the impact finance space. The NBFC is looking to appoint its AVP- Debt Syndication. The position is based in Mumbai.

Only qualified CAs / MBAs from reputed B-schools with at least 5 to7 yrs of debt raising experience with an NBFC or an Investment Bank and having strong relationships across banks, NBFCs, FIs and other debt investors may apply. Ananya embraces gender diversity.

1. JOB TITLE: Assistant Vice President- Debt Syndication

2. REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head- Debt Syndication

3. REPORTS INDIRECTLY TO: CFO

6. JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible for delivering the debt-raise plan for the financial year. Debt-raise is to be done each month to help Ananya meet its monthly loan disbursement targets to achieve the year's business plan. The individual will be primarily responsibility to deliver the plan on this key indicator. In addition to debt raise, the position also holds direct responsibility to manage the debt-investor relationships including ensuring prompt repayments and timely periodical reporting.

7. KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain monthly fund-raise budget

- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with lenders including Banks, NBFCs, Development Financial Institutions and other debt Investors.

- Draw up and critically analyse financial and cash-flow forecasts and various proposals for submission to the lenders.

- Ability to lead meetings and discussions with lenders.

- Preparation of financial projections & models, CMA, teasers, Information Memorandum, etc. as required by the financial institutions.

- Independently lead transaction execution including investor reach out and pitches, negotiation of terms, working with third-party service providers, and advising on and finalizing definitive documents, and closing. Oversee the quality of deliverables by having a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage securitization and direct assignment transactions

- Ensure timely and prompt repayments to debt investors

- Ensure timely and accurate periodical reporting to debt investors

- Keep a tab on regulatory changes that may affect fund raise and communicate the same along with related financial information and strategic issues in a clear, concise, and relevant manner.

- Manage relationship with credit rating agencies.

8. KNOW HOW AND EXPERIENCE

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in fund-raising with a NBFC or Investment Bank.

- Has a strong knowledge of regulations related to fund raising from domestic and foreign investors for NBFCs in India

- Has an existing network of banks, NBFCs, FIs and other debt investors that can be tapped into

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Acute attention to detail

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Flexibility and ability to cope with stressful situations

- Creativity and ability to work with limited resources

- Experience with Microsoft suite and other accounting software packages. Proficiency in MS-Excel is a must.
