Job Title - GM - Export Sales

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets. Collaborate with the sales team and management to set achievable sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identifying and prospecting potential customers, distributors, agents, or partners in foreign markets through various channels, including online research, trade directories, trade shows, and referrals.

- Negotiating sales contracts, terms, and conditions with customers or partners to secure business deals. Ensuring contracts are properly executed and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer orders.

- Coordinating with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and shipping, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery of goods, and compliance with export documentation and regulations.

- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to gather market intelligence and provide regular reports to management. Making recommendations for product or service enhancements based on market insights.

- Manage the entire order processing cycle, including quotations, contracts, shipping arrangements, and delivery schedules.

- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry exhibitions to promote our products and services. Network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and documentation requirements. Keep abreast of changes in export-import laws and update internal processes accordingly.

- Traveling to target markets or attending international trade shows, exhibitions, or business events to build relationships, explore business opportunities, and promote the company's products or services.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of working experience in FMCG/ Beauty & Personal care Industry.

- Must have exposure of working in any of the international region like East Asia and Pacific, Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and Caribbean, Middle East and North Africa, North America, South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa regions.

- MBA or any other equivalent educational qualification.

- Should have good knowledge of international sales/ Business Development profile.

- Hands on experience of handling KAM / Trade business/ Distributors / Retail channels.

- Willing to travel internationally for business prospects.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
