Position : REGIONAL MANAGER- SALES

Division : Poly Pack Division

Location : Moradabad/Bareilly

Salary : Upto 15Lacs Per Annum

Note : Only IRMA (College) OR IIM (College) pass out candidature will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA :

- To monitor the sales of different distributors and wholesalers on a daily basis.

- To review the performance of the wholesalers and distributors on a monthly basis and take corrective measures.

- To monitor the outstanding credit of the distributors and wholesalers.

- To administer the market coverage of the distributor so as to restrict any cross coverage and undercutting.

- To initiate policy proposals for remuneration for the distributors /wholesalers

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

- To execute physical meetings on a one to one basis with the distributors/wholesalers.

- To keep a track of the retail penetration of the distributors

- To visit the markets catered by the distributors and wholesalers on a daily basis at a fixed itinerary so as to cover all the distributors market at least once in two months

- To review the performance of the wholesalers and distributors on a monthly basis and take corrective measures
