Job Summary: Manager/Sr Manager- Relationship Manager (HNI) is responsible for direct sales, focusing on acquiring and managing a quality base of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). The role involves leveraging networking, databases, and market intelligence to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients. The candidate is expected to promote the Focus Product of the month and have a sound understanding of local market dynamics. Additionally, the candidate should possess experience in the banking and broking industries, specifically in managing bank Assets Under Management (AUM) for HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire quality HNI clients through effective networking, leveraging databases, and staying informed about market intelligence.
Promote the Focus Product of the month to HNI clients, ensuring maximum engagement and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business activities using internal software, CRM, and other relevant tools.
Acquire and manage HNI clients, selling financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Structured Products.
Utilize banking and broking industry experience to effectively manage the AUM of HNI clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and customized financial solutions to HNI clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in direct sales, preferably in wealth management for HNI clients.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI clients in the banking or broking industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM and other internal software for business records.
