Job description :

- Analysis of the IT platforms - Reports generated through a system.

- Identifying system glitches & providing the logical solution to it, development the System in coordination with IT Team.

- Analyse Business Process - Identifying transactions aligned to the overall strategies.

- Driving the business Strategies to the sales team.

- MIS - Helping the MIS team to create

- Business reports (Revenue reports)

- Meetings reports

- AUM report. (Mobilisation report)

- Financial Plans & Execution report tracking.

- Creating required MIS to the management for the business understanding.

- Scheduling and creating a review framework - for the Regions, Team Review.

- Promptly escalate issues, which affect product and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager

- Conducting revenue analysis to identify trends and factors of growth

- Keeping an eye on the Employee Training & learning through different Modules (CIEL Exams & PWM training)

- Assisting in developing the contest for sales team & keeping daily tracking of the Functions.

- Assisting sales team in product support & System Support through identifying their requirements.

Salary Offered : 5 to 6 lacs
