Anand Rathi - Associate - Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job responsibilities :

1. Assisting in deal negotiations, due diligence, and documentation process

2. Researching different sectors and working on pitch books, Information Memorandums and financial projections for investor & client meetings

3. Front-ending client & investor relationships along with the team leader.

Reporting to:

- Sector Lead (VP & above)

- Levels to Reporting Manager:

- Associate / Sr Associate / AVP

Educational Qualification:

- CA 1st attempt or tier 1 MBA candidates

- Experience - IB front end (preferred) / big4 DD.
