Anand Rathi - Analyst - Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in deal negotiations, due diligence, and documentation process

2. Researching different sectors and developing an investment thesis for both mandated clients and pitches

3. Preparation of information memorandums, excel financial models, and pitch decks.

4. Front-ending client & investor relationships along with the team leader.

Educational qualification:

1. CA and/or tier 1 MBA

2. Freshers with exceptional educational qualifications may also apply (eg. CA / MBA rankers)

Prior Experience:

1. IB front end/big4 DD/Equity research/Private equity.
