About the job:

- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our Product Management team.

- In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements to our solution in collaboration with our Agile / Engineering teams.

- This position requires a proven track record in Agile Product Ownership, a deep understanding of Jira / Azure DevOps software, and will be viewed as the "expert" for accurate and credible information on the product.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand incoming requests, gather requirements, and draft detailed user stories that capture the essence of the business need.

- Actively explore and apply user research, market analysis, technology, and stakeholder feedback into product -requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs as well as align with strategic product roadmap.

- Identify real customer problems to be solved through ideation with customers & colleagues.

- Utilize Jira / Azure DevOps to maintain and update the backlog, user stories, and tasks, and ensure accurate documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Use agile methodologies to ensure the highest level of quality on each user story, bug or enhancement requested to the development team.

- Maintain a well-organized backlog that offers transparency into the team's current tasks and outlines the objectives for upcoming sprints.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance to validate requirements and ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.

- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards sprint goals.

- Actively owns refinement of acceptance criteria.

- Develop a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, and use cases to inform product decisions.

- Turn requirements into the artifacts developers need to get new features & products to market e. buser stories, process maps and detailed workflows.

- Contributes to release goals based on knowledge of user base and feasibility.
