Seeking enthusiastic Analytics Trainer, who can build strong Analytics practice, by creating a highly skilled, motivated and trained workforce on State-of the-Art Analytical methodologies and technologies.
Capabilities:
- Identify analytics training and development needs within the cluster/functions through regular interaction and devise a training strategy in consultation with leadership, business managers and other stakeholders
- Design, implement and manage delivery of analytics training and development programmes based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
- Develop effective induction programmes
- Keep up to date with developments in analytics industry, emerging trends and technologies by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
- Research new technologies and methodologies in analytics and present findings to the business.
Technical Skills:
- Has extensive expertise working with analytic tools including SAS/SPSS/Statistical/R Programming/ Big data techniques
- Well versed with predictive modeling techniques and their application in solving client business problems
- Have exposure and worked with diverse data types from across industries
- At least 8+ years of experience in the field of Analytics training, Analytics delivery and/or consulting
- Possess a master degree in quantitative/analytical fields (business/engineering/operational research/mathematics/quantitative economics) with strong academic credentials (a Phd is a plus)
- Have prior experience in diverse domains including LS&HC/BFSI/CIMET & CPG
