You will be part of Storefront Product Analytics Team
- Products are developed using a data-driven approach.
- You will work closely with product managers to build world class products.
- In addition to solving complex business & product problems through data, Product Analytics also ensure that the right KPIs and visualizations are available for our stakeholders to track company and product performance.
- You would play a pivotal role in providing insights around customer behaviors, feature usages, funnel movements and experimentation of new feature launches.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plays product analytics leader or consultant role within Storefront Product team & with business stakeholders
- Proposes, designs solutions and program manage multiple long-term projects, frameworks including quick turnaround requests
- Displays structured problem solving, application of right tools & techniques to solve open ended problems, Creates productized analytics solutions or frameworks independently.
- Understand Business & product problems and come up with deep data backed solutions.
- Root cause analysis and Deep dive analysis of certain product problems
- Presenting insights from data to product teams and in larger forums
- Building templates, dashboards in Excel or on the intranet for operational and management reporting
- Data extraction as per product team request for Ad hoc analysis
- Evaluating metrics to be tracked as per business & product goals, exploring other available metrics for deeper understanding of product performance
- Coaches/Manages 1-2 member team on data, business, concepts or tech skills and help them become independent and successful
- Continuously drives innovation and self-development in the team, provides constructive 1-1 feedback and coaching to associates
- Work in a fast-moving environment, across multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and detailing
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in working in Analytics / business intelligence teams
- 2+ years of experience of working with product managers and building new product features
- Intermediate understanding of Statistics and prior experience of building statistical models (e.g. hypothesis testing, product experimentation, A/B Testing, regressions).
- Excellent knowledge SQL and expert knowledge of data manipulation language such as R / Python
- Previous experience with working on ecommerce funnels, retention
- Applied knowledge of most used techniques as well as many new / upcoming / niche analytics techniques
