- Hands on experience in commercial organization analyses including sales force sizing, alignment and call planning and targeting
- Identifying opportunities for improving salesforce internally and informing solutions to drive field impact
- Build predictive models to quantify measurable insights, account prioritization, next-best-action, campaign optimization
- Data modeling - Segmentation, Targeting,, Promotion Response Modeling, Marketing Mix Optimization, Digital Analytics
- Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring client requirements and timely delivery.
- Presentations and recommendations to clients on efficient customer, sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Opportunities to improve go-to-market strategy by gaining additional insight into customer interactions and sentiment
- Lead / Hands on with Statistical and Machine Learning concepts. ML techniques and their applications to business and customer analytics problems
- Execute descriptive analyses, ranging from identifying product opportunities to understanding user behavior
- B Tech / Post Graduate in Pharmacy/Science
- 6 + years of experience in Commercial Analytics / Pharmaceutical commercial - Sales and Marketing
- Experienced in pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, LADD, FIA, Formulary data, Prescriber Dynamics, Payer, Digital Interaction data, Veeva CRM, Call Activity data
- Experience in SAS, R, and SQL, Excel
- Understanding complexity of working in an off-shore and on-shore environment
- Ability to design POCs independently, demonstrating initiative.
