Must have:
- Atleast 10+ years- experience in digital analytics, with high exposure to international clients (in direct client facing roles)
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills. PMP certifications preferred
- Expert in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager & Adobe Target
- Should have experience working large data sets, understand concepts and tools related to data management and visualization like SQL, Hadoop, Tableau etc
- Strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning, team leadership and client communications.
- Deep domain expertise, understanding of current & future trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics
- Experience with A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing and other digital analytics techniques
Nice to have:
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics
- Experience deploying and managing tag management systems like Adobe DTM or Ensighten
- Have expertise designing A/B Tests and understand principles/ technologies related to implementing the tests in Adobe Target
