- Lead the analytics team for Credit Cards Business
- Drive business growth through the use of data and insights for the Cards business units
- Drive business value through more optimized data based decision making in cards acquisition, portfolio management and MAB businesses
- Create and maintain the foundational data infrastructure that is critical for the success of analytic work. This will involving working with other teams or external vendors to create datamarts, documented data processes, identifying data/ intelligence gaps and addressing them on an on-going basis
- Drive granular insights for acquisition channels to drive optimization of acquisition channels through funnel level tracking, insights and optimization
- Build product and pricing optimization framework to drive increase in conversion rates on ETB cross sell programs
- Drive NTB strategy for the cards business from the BIU perspective by driving channel insights and usage of alternate data for driving digital campaigns for NTB acquisition
- Level acquisition Data driven decisions on resource allocation and deployment of the major sales and service teams of the bank; granular tracking of productivity metrics; creating scorecards to drive resource management decisions
- Enabling macro and micro-market strategy around number of branches and deployment using historical bank as well as external market data
- Be actively involved in major decision making process with all key business heads in cards business
