- Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel and Office tools, Success Factors and Business Intelligence toolsPeople worked on any Analytics will be preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel and Office tools, Success Factors and Business Intelligence tools
- Experience with data modelling, manipulation / visualisation software and techniques - a combination of Power BI, R, Python, ODV, Tableau is highly desirable
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in HR metrics, performance and reward analysis
- Knowledge of financial services performance and reward practices in global organizations
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with Onshore and Offshore colleagues, and influence counterparts in global, regional and country teams
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage a diverse stakeholder group
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with On-shore and Off-shore colleagues, and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member
- Self-starter, resilient and tenacious with focus on execution and delivery
