Job Requirements :
A Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization.
You should have :
- Expertise in developing and implementing Go-to-Market plans.
- The ability to monitor, review and report all marketing activities including Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint to create visual presentations.
- The understanding to create, interpret and analyze content in innovative & appropriate ways to showcase insights.
- The ability to generate content, ideate & build creatives with the visual communication specialists for the company website, e-mailers/newsletters, tools, direct mailers, case studies and whitepapers.
- The ability to generate content, ideate & build creatives for events, including brochures, booth backdrops, standees & tool mockups.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to interact & coordinate with an onsite sales team to develop marketing collateral.
- The aptitude to interact & coordinate with 3rd party agencies for Digital Advertising & maintenance and PR initiatives.
- The capability to coordinate & manage print production.
- Knowledge of all the media platforms (print, press, digital) to create marketing campaigns.
- Responsibility & ownership of multiple projects across a team.
Skills and Responsibilities :
- Ability to balance attention to detail with prioritizing work in order to meet deadlines.
- You will have to research and implement strategic solutions based on specific marketing/sales requirements.
- You should be a dynamic and self-starting individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points :
- Familiarity with graphic tools such as Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Captivate and similar capturing tools would be an added benefit.
Work Experience : The role of Marketing Manager will require 3-5 years of work experience in the field.
Location : AQ will offer the position of Marketing Manager based out of Bangalore.
