Role Overview:
Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery
Structure analytical solution to address business objectives
Provide business acumen and hypothesis
Responsible for project delivery
Effectively guide the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysis
Presenting work directly to clients as required
Liaison and build relationships with the client
Responsibilities:
Project task management
Communications, including deck writing
Coordination of all sub-team efforts
Delivery of output
Facilitation and gathering of client feedback on problem structuring
Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources
Build capabilities in junior team members
Qualifications:
Master's or Post Doc degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, operations research or related areas is preferred; candidates with BA/BS degrees from the top tier academic institutions and additional experience are also welcome to apply
4-6 years- experience, preferably in management consulting or financial services industry
Superior analytical and problem solving skills with hands on experience
People Manager with demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative
Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience of using a variety of analytical tools (SAS, CART, SPSS, Python etc.) and techniques (regression, logistic, GLM, decision trees, machine learning, artificial intelligence etc.) to carry out analysis and drive conclusions
