We have an Opportunity with World's Top Management Consulting Firm for Analytics Manager Who can join on immediate basis.

Exp Required-7 To 9 Years.

Must Have Skills - R, Python, Machine Learning.

Job Location: Bangalore.

Domain - Life Science, Health Care, Pharma Must.

As a Manager you will be responsible for:

- Develop methodologies to support project execution for Health Analytics clients

- Ability to solution any analytics project in Healthcare domain

- Manage a team of analytics resources to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion

- Engage with middle / senior level clients (VPs) effectively in a dialogue

- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

- Partner with client teams to understand business problems and marketing strategies

- Deliver analytics projects in the health and public services areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop statistical models to and delivery of analytic offerings and solutions to payer and provider clients

- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, etc.

- Develop executive dashboards to present the analytical insights derived from the data analysis

Requirements:

- BE from good Engineering colleges or Masters degree in Statistics/Econometrics or Quantitative sciences or B.Statistics/Econometrics + MBA

- Strong ability to extract strategic insights from large data sets

- Should have done forecasting/modeling, data analysis, used regression/optimization models and techniques.

- Machine learning skills are required

- Should have good analytics experience and consulting experience/basic understanding of business problems and suggesting solutions

- Good communication skills

- Open to extensive travel (3-6 months at a stretch)

- Non-KPO project experience would be an added advantage

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in SAS, R, Python or similar technologies

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Strong SQL Skills

- Ability to understand various RDBMS and the capability to extract data as needed.
