Analytics Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monitor business KPIs and build an in-depth understanding of the business across the entire data funnel, suggesting key opportunities for growth
- Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams and suggest detailed execution & impact measurement plans
- Run product experimentation across the funnel and do continuous rounds of A/B testing to understand user behavior and optimize the business metrics
- Create compelling visual representations of data, automate reports & setup alerts to enhance consumption of data at best moments
- Solve complex challenges related to product, user experience, performance and scale
Qualification & Experience :- B.E. Grad or Grad in Statistics, Economics
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in a techno-commercial role or in business analytics in an internet business (Ecommerce / Ad Tech Background shall be preferred)
- Strong at data analysis using SQL or another similar tool and comfortable with large volumes of data
- Passionate about building a career in the Internet space and understand technologic landscape
- Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
- Firm decision-making skills and ability to influence stakeholders whilst delivering on projects
- Good understanding of product analytics and experimentation is required
Skillset required - Someone who has worked on Customer and Marketing Analytics - more from the business side. (Don't want Data Scientists)
Worked on projects like customer experience, user engagement and retention.
Technical Skill Set - SQL, Tableau and R
Should have experience in managing teams in the past (Preferred and not mandatory)
B2C Experience is mandatory (Startups/Tech Based firms/Ecommerce/Online/Internet)CTC : no constraint for the right candidate
