Our client is a US based E-Commerce firm which has development and analytic functions in India, New Delhi. They are looking for a Analytic Manager.
As Analytics Manager will have key contributions in areas of product development, marketing campaigns and customer relationship management. He/she will provide data based insights to the senior management in providing better products and services to the customers.
Some key responsibilities:
- Customer segmentation and demographic analysis – help product teams, marketing teams and operations team understand who the customers are.
- Marketing analytics – helping marketing team in increasing effectiveness of marketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Product analytics – play a leading role in developing products for customers along with the product manager.
- Operation analytics – helping the COO to streamline operations and improve customer service by analyzing orders/operational data.
- Online search and traffic analytics – understanding our traffic sources from google/facebook/etc – and helping improve the same.
- Develop and implement measurement platforms for previously mentioned responsibilities.
- Help in research activities that the company might want to undertake to improve its operations/product offerings.
- Solely responsible for MIS reporting to senior management.
Skills:
- MBA from Top Tier institute with 3+ yrs of exposure in Analytics in Web/E-Commerce Domain
- Sound understanding of business fundamentals and problem solving
- Ability to handle and manipulate large quantum of data
- Business analytics background and knowledge of any programming language is a plus
- We expect the analyst to be good at PL/SQL to extract data and some kind of reporting software
