- Global Analytics team (erstwhile DSAS) was started in May 2005 as part of a global initiative to support Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions.
- The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong analytics and business consulting background, who are driven by a passion to draw business inference from external and internal data while delivering across a global client.
- We are currently looking to hire an experienced Analytics Manager to design and manage the development of a customer data eco-system and build and deliver customer analytics solutions that fuel product innovation, superior customer experience and enhanced marketing communication programs for the Personal Systems Group. The selected candidate would work closely with marketing, regional and product groups to plan create, and deploy customer insights assets for the Consumer, SMB & Commercial segments.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of world-class customer analytics roadmap for B2C/ B2B segments at in collaboration with other Customer Insight teams at Global Analytics
- Manage analytics delivery from Bangalore for Customer Insights organization working closely with Marketing/ Product/ Customer Experience organizations within PSG
- Lead the development of the customer research & analytics roadmap that will deliver deep customer insights from various forms of customer data – structured and unstructured
- Hiring top talent and Performance Management of team
- Establish delivery framework and delivery measurement KPIs in collaboration with PSG Customer Insights and PSG Account Management teams
- Oversee the development of predictive / advanced analytics solutions along with the customer research roadmap that together help better understand customer attitudes and needs, market trends and their impact to PSG
- Prepare and make executive level presentations on business impact through analytics deployment and analytics solutions development
- Be the thought leader on Customer Insights for PSG by leading initiatives around Big Data, Unstructured Data mining, Customer Research, etc.
- Building robust and scalable customer analysis/ modeling frameworks that can directly impact PSG’s product innovation roadmap, customer experience and marketing communications
- Support new business and special analytics projects
- Lead Global Analytics initiatives around consumer / customer insights competency development through talent development and training activities
- Build a strong talent pool across customer analytics, structured and unstructured data mining
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience in analytics solution development and deployment
- 6+ years experience managing analytics professionals/teams
- Knowledge of B2C/B2B go-to-market model with web e-commerce/store and call center familiarity is preferred
- Experience managing and building high performance teams
- Experience working in a global environment managing multiple senior stakeholders
- Experience building executive level relationships
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
