Analytics Manager

This is regarding a job opportunity with a leading MNC In Bangalore. Its an Individual Contributor role.The requirement is for a core Modeler role having strong experience in building various statistical models.

Qualification: Post Graduates in quantitative discipline can only apply.No MBA required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To identify business problem, translating it into analytical framework and propose a structured solution in line with the business objective

- Ability to do a strategic assessment of client’s existing campaign and targeting practice and suggest systems and platforms to institute an analytical approach to it. Should have the ability to lead, understand and commission complex analysis to support strategy testing within operational environments.

- Good knowledge of scorecard modeling techniques, and an understanding of the methods underlying predictive modelling and building marketing and retention strategies. Should be driven to continuously innovate with newer techniques and be able to develop demo models using these statistical techniques to demonstrate concepts.

- To develop analytics strategies through design, development and implementation of analytic models that will continuously improve response rate and also improve customer experience.

- Proficiency in Stat Techniques like ARIMA / Predictive/CHAID/CART / Logistic Regression / Segmentation / Decision trees etc..

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of business.

- Should drive the importance of data and statistical analysis and how they contribute to optimizing business profitability.

- Ability to naturally assume ownership of initiatives, requiring minimal supervision to consistently deliver outstanding results.

- Experience of working on advanced modules of SAS and well versed in cluster and regression modeling, developing ScoreCard models and Good understanding of econometric and statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques etc
