Analytics Manager

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in Analytics at Manager levels for a leading Research & Analytics organisation at Gurgaon.

Experience: 6-9 yrs Essential Full time MBA with a good understanding of Analytics & Research specifically in Regression, Data analytics, Predictive Modeling, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Applying and administrating analytical/modeling tools and techniques and drawing managerial insights through statistical techniques and predictive modeling.

- Data Management - Providing analytics/ research solutions to business questions and extracting business answers from analytical results

- Research & Design - Having an understanding of almost all market research areas & application of various analysis methodologies

- Being responsible for all aspects of project management (including resource allocation) to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on target with client needs and reflect the high quality standards propagated by the company.

- Quality/ Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives

- Leading a small to medium sized team subject to business requirements, handling training, appraisals, mentoring etc and overall administratively managing the team effectively.
