Analytics Leader - KPO

Immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Level in Analytics for a leading KPO at Mumbai with exp of 10-15 yrs.

Education: Full time MBA or M.Sc with a good understanding of advanced statistical techniques used in analytics such as SAS.

Requirement:

- Good knowledge in Data Analytics and Data Analysis using SAS.

- Strong knowledge of and experience in analytics across multiple domains (eg F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Telecom, Insurance)

- Good team handling experience

- Good experience in predictability analytics such as Statistical analysis, Optimization, Predictability modeling, Forecasting, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Driving analytics for various key Outsourcing offerings (eg F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Telecom, Insurance)

- Developing insights and delivering client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.

- Evaluate/ select appropriate analytics tools

- Lead a team of analytics professionals to run ongoing project based analytics for top clients
