We're looking for a motivated, hands on analytics leader who wants to be part of world's largest mature start-up style environment that combines the dream, resources and future mobility offered by a large corporation. Ideally you have a broad skill set and are willing to take on (or teach yourself to take on) any challenge. You may go from running models in SAS or R to check the data to managing stakeholders that consume insights to presenting to company Vice Presidents or CMO or CEO all in the same week.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands on experience in end-end marketing mix modelling development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
- Former experience in building or working in an end to end analytics team and running the operational aspects of it
- Programming skills in SAS, R, SQL (as needed)
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with info graphics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strongly Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in an ETL tool, a relational database, and a reporting tool
- Experience in managing large data sets
- Experience in leading a team of analysts to check accuracy and integrity of data in key reports for finance and sales users
- Ability to trouble shoot complex data problems as well as fulfil major and minor enhancement requests in a very short time frame
Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Media ROI Measurement in assigned markets (top 15-20 markets)
- At least 8 years of experience in Subject matter expert
- Become an SME in media ROI drivers for both traditional and digital media
- Owns coordination of global learning consolidation of Media ROI insights / research guidelines (meta-analysis) for effective dissemination to all levels of organization for GHQ and Zones (10)
- Effectively partner with Solutions & Connections teams to help guide ABI data strategy to better monetize existing data assets and help acquire new ones
- Develop & implement Marketing Analytics training program for zones and GHQ together with ABIU training team
- Effectively manage existing vendor relationships & help create new ones as needed
- Continue to think ahead of measurement curve and advance ABI marketing analytics roadmap development-multi touch attribution, effective media targeting, etc.
- Work with internal clients at ABI to understand their business problems, map them against possible data sets, develop analyses,, and provide insights back to the business based on those results
- Summarize insights and recommendations to be presented back to the business
- Use innovative methods to continuously improve the quality of the analytics
- Be passionate about the beer industry and results oriented about your work
- Show curiosity, optimism and above all act as an owner
