Technical/Functional Skills :
1. 3-5 years of total experience working as a HR professional in a startup/mid-size Organization.
2. Preferably has worked with Organization In the field of AI /IIOT.
3. Experience in managing various functions within HR portfolio such as Employee Relations & Engagement, Employee Benefits, L&D and Talent acquisition & Management)
4. Design and implement end-end recruitment strategy with useful HR metrics like, time to hire and offer to join ratio.
5. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
6. Provide support & at times bring awareness to employees in various HR-related topics such as HR policies, Insurance policies, Employee Referral and Compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
9. Undertake tasks around performance management and employee engagement.
10. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
11. Maintain employee files and records.
12. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
13. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
14. Nurture a positive working environment.
15. Should be good at MS Excel, Word & PPT.
