The candidate should be

1. MS in Operation Research, Mathematics with 5+ years of relevant experience

2. Exposure to Operation Research & Quantitative Methods in Marketing / Consumer Behavior is a must.

3. Full cycle Real-world Analytics project experience is highly desirable: from creating a Business use case, PA assessment/roadmap, Technology & Analytic Solutioning, Implementation and Change Management, considerable experience in Integer Programming/Mixed Integer Programming/Linear Programming.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

The OR Competency Leader is expected to play a pivotal bridging role between mathematical, technology specialists, AND the business /functional resources. At a broad level, the OR leader shall leverage his/her solutioning expertise to translate the customer's business need into a techno-analytic problem and appropriately work with the mathematical & technology specialist to bring large scale OR solutions to fruition.

The key responsibilities of the OR Leader are:

Project Lead - Lead the project, set expectations with the client/stakeholders and successful execution of the OR projects in Integer Linear Programming/Mixed Integer Programming/Linear Programming and Non Linear Programming

- Project Blue Printing and Project Documentation

- Creating Project Plan

- Manage Stakeholder/Customer Expectations

- Provide Strategic Onsite Consulting & Solutioning to customers during their Analytics adoption journey

- Creation of Cora(AI-Based Platform) Solution Roadmap and Commitment / Responsibility for implementing the same in conjunction with technology specialists

- Work in conjunction with Presales / BD teams, your program manager, and other stakeholders towards spotting and converting short cycle mining opportunities that may arise from time to time.

- Participate in SME reviews of OR opportunities/ engagements

- Actively collaborate with competency leaders in Big Data, ML, BI areas to stich big ticket solutions with end-to-end span.

- Jump-start OR projects with customer with focus on providing disruptive solutions in reasonable timeframes.

Skills :

1. Exposure to OR Solvers such as Gurobi, CBC, Cplex

2. Very good Python/R programming skills. Java programming skills a plus

3. Direct involvement in working with large volumes of data and building, deploying and measuring OR models (i.e. MILP, MIP, IP, LP) frameworks such as TensorFlow, pulp
