Analytics India Magazine - Business Analyst - Credit Risk Management

We are looking for someone who is well versed with accounting and finance knowledge with strong understanding of financial statements. Experience in working for an engagement in commercial credit, auto financing, portfolio management, underwriting of lease/loan documents etc. would be an added advantage. The role would demand to work on hard deadlines, maintain highest level of accuracies and someone who is looked upon as a great team member who leads by example

The shortlisted candidate will have to be responsible to :

- Perform financial and non-financial analysis of US based auto dealership

- Interpretation of legal documents and good understanding on legal language

- Preparation of Credit Proposals in accordance with the clients policies and standard operating procedure

- Deliver required output within stipulated timeframe as agreed with customer

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of new initiatives

- Attention to detail and decision making ability

Qualifications :

- B.Com/B.Tech with MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant with demonstrated ability in Credit with 0-6 years of experience in Credit domain

Preferred skills :

- Should have sound understanding on Credit and Risk Assessment

- Quantitative thinking and the ability to work with a number of variables

- Proficiency in information search and interpretation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)

- Should possess good commercial bent of mind

- Handle client communication (written and verbal)

- Should be able to independently handle credit reviews post training

- Should be able to balance multiple processes as per client requirement

- Ability to work under pressure with positive mind-set
