Key Responsibilities
Analytical Focus -Define the business problem, business gaps and future outcomes for key analytics projects-Storyboarding and Executive synthesis/summary for T1 Insights-Take charge of all predictive & prescriptive analytics and execute them hands-on
Campaign Management -Keep an eye on the overall health of the portfolio and identify and resolve red flags with the market -API exploration and new data sources integrations: Initiation & -Ideation and linking to enhanced media activation -Identify upselling opportunities and driving new media products -Up-to-date knowledge of the industry: Self-learning & awareness sessions for others
Insights -T1 & T1+ Accounts Brainstorming & identification of upselling opportunities -Taking charge of revenue growth projects and driving them alongside A3 and A2 -Drive multi-channel business from key advertisers -Testing new solutions across accounts, implementing solutions catalogue -Ensuring equal delivery standards within all analysts -Raising the bar of insights, being role models for A3
Reporting/Dashboard
- Central & Regional Project pipeline creation & prioritization -Project management: Initiation, ideation & scoping, execution management -Innovative solutions idea pool for BA initiatives
- Market Connect -OKR alignment and dependency discussion -Sub-divisional strategy alignment with market -Improvement in market+analyst connect and streamlining processes -Taking care of appreciations and escalations
- Custom Solution & Local Products -Brainstorm ideas with project owners and lay down the blueprint and development plan -Project Management -Project pipeline prioritization
- Media Products -Act as Lead stakeholder for Key Media Products in their region -Regularly connect with PM to relay product requirements and feedback -Responsible for automation planning for internal BA projects -Product Roadmap Review and Alignment -Divide responsibilities between analyst and product stakeholders
- Operations -Assume responsibilities of Manager when the same is not available or on leave
- Recruitment: Active participation for A3 and AM roles -Sub-division strategy creation & alignment -Regional OKR creation & tracking -Delivery mgmt: Timeliness, Quality assurance & answering business questions- Delivery management for Interns and A1
Must Have
- Strong grasp on advanced Analytics - ML & Statistics(via. Python/R)
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Good at Storytelling & Visualization through Powerpoint & Tableau
- Exposure to project management tools such as JIRA/Trello/Asana etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
