About Our Client

Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance providing organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion within the Indian market they want to consolidate their analytics teams and develop it to be a central hub for generating insights for the business.

Job Description

- Reporting into the Vice president and leading a big team your main responsibility will be to consolidate and set up the entire analytics division in the business.

- In addition to this you will be responsible to develop the analytics business the third party way and pitching into external clients.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows-

- Act as a change manager to integrate all the analytics teams and set up a consolidated vertical

- Liaise with senior stakeholders to come up with critical business strategies

- Build your own business and pitch into new clients to provide analytics services

- Leading teams in multiple geographies like US, South East Asia etc

- Support the management in Business Development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

- You would be a postgraduate from a Top tier business school with a minimum of 12 years of experience in analytics, consulting and implementing strategic projects within global businesses.

- You should have front ended with clients and business partners for a significant period and handled big teams from diverse backgrounds. You must be an excellent thought leader and someone who has exposure to delivery of projects.

- You must have the exposure to work across geographies and liaise with key stakeholders within and outside the business. In addition to this you must possess excellent negotiation skills.
