Analytics Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead data normalization efforts for various assessment inputs

- Analyze and propose normalizations for data across various datasets Manage and coordinate distribution of assessments used for IL (both external and self-assessments)

- Help evolve survey content and questions over time Test IL (Inspirational Leadership)framework with comprehensive data analysis

- Track IL assessment data, ensuring results remain as-expected within IL framework Support ad hoc events with additional IL data analysis

- Analyze IL database across variety of spectrums to develop content suited for ad hoc training events Distribute, analyze, and interpret Inspirational Leadership feedback surveys

- Distribute and track completion of feedback surveys after IL events

- Analyze results for trends and recommend adjustments to content/approach Lead logistics coordination for various IL training events

- Work with Inspirational Leadership to ensure global sessions run smoothly and in-line with IL training norms

- Gauge gaps in existing content for each element and related content for each element

- Maintain individual engagement with prior training participants content to maintain program engagement

- Support global in-office roll-out

- Lead knowledge management for team

- Organize increasing volume of team expertise

REQUIREMENTS:

- BS, BA or equivalent undergraduate degree required with strong academic credentials

- 1+ yr experience in a professional services firm environment with exposure to one or more of the following functional disciplines: knowledge management, consulting, marketing, finance, strategic planning, business development, product development, and/or project management

- Mastery of, and practical experience with, the leading business and analytic tools, including comfort with designing and executing complex analytics in Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language skills required

- Superior customer service attitude and ability to contribute on a team

- Experience and proficiency creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations
