What Are Your Responsibilities:
- Establish a reporting and insights framework to support customer-facing organizations to deliver enhanced value to our customers
- Leverage company data to drive consumption and adoption of the platform and improve customer retention.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of Customer Success strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Build dashboards using various data sources and implement automation as and where required proactively.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer retention and other business outcomes.
