Role and Responsibility:
- Candidate should be from very strong Analytics background
- Deep understanding of customer life cycle
- Cross sell & Up sell mechanism
- Predictive Modeling Segmentation, Risk Modeling, Data Analytics
- Consumption pattern analysis, Campaign analytics (Uplift), Long tail and Basket Analysis, Drive in vs. Drive through strategies, Consumption Mix etc.
- Regression analysis of drivers
- Analysing traffic-sources, email campaigns and social media campaigns on the websites. Analysing the Market-Share, Campaigns, Promotions and Seasonality
- Customer segmentation analysis- Optimal customer, Targeted marketing
Experience in Tools Like : Excel, Access, Excel VBA, SQL, Qlikview, Tableau, R, SAS (Base and Advanced)
