Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS) supports Finance function and is responsible for managing diverse finance processes such as Global Charge-outs, Balance Sheet Control, Data Services & Delivery, Financial & US Regulatory Reporting, Tax Operations, Treasury Reporting and Basel Operations.
FRSS strives to reduce complexity by consolidating and re-engineering end-to-end finance processes globally through data, process and platform standardization. In partnership with Finance and Risk, FRSS executes various process transformation initiatives to support the journey of Finance and Risk organizations to Be the Best for our Clients. Role and Responsibilities -
Business/ Department Objectives -
- Risk and Control department is responsible for administration, oversight, and maintenance of Risk and Control initiatives for Finance and Risk Shared Services (FRSS)
Core Responsibilities -
- The Treasury Quality Assurance Analyst will provide ongoing assurance that liquidity reports are reliable, accurate, and timely. Treasury reports include FR2052a, ILST, S2, RLAP and other liquidity reports.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities -
- The Treasury Quality Assurance Analyst will provide ongoing assurance that liquidity reports are reliable, accurate, and timely. Treasury reports include FR2052a, ILST, S2, RLAP and other liquidity reports.
The incumbent will -
- Conduct daily quality assurance reviews to identify daily reporting gaps against accuracy, timeliness, and reliability measurements
- Utilize sampling methodology to determine reporting and related quality control issues
- Apply testing criteria to identify reporting errors and control fails or gaps
- Escalate failed controls and lead timely root cause analysis
- Prepare reports illustrating purpose, strategy, and result of reviews
- Prepare reports, metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and other presentations for the consumption of senior management
- The incumbent will operate independently from the teams which carry out the production and analytical processes for liquidity reporting
- Prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation, reports of work performed and other written materials; read, interpret, explain and apply critical thinking
- Engage with senior management to report, escalate issues
- Ensure departmental processes and procedures are kept current
- Work closely with quality assurance analysts and production teams in North America, Costa Rica, Mumbai and Manila
- Support management in assessing and enhancing operational controls
- Participate in Internal Audit and Regulatory reviews as appropriate
- Facilitate ad hoc, special requests, and project management Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial Individual Contributor
