Talent Acquisition Analyst - US IT MNC
We are hiring for a US IT MNC for the position of Talent Acquisition Analyst. The position includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and also as a Analyst.
The Job Description includes :
1. Supports Talent Tech hiring
2. Research and consult on industry best practices and advise TA to be more effective and efficient
3. Responsible for all weekly and ad hoc reporting out of ATS, metrics and dashboard presentations in support of Talent Acquisition Team
4. Resolve complex escalated issues
5. Develop support venues on an ongoing basis for identified super user groups larger end user population
6. Stay current on market trends, business challenges and priorities
7. Collaborate with discipline process owners to develop and maintain relevant training, communication and change management material
8. Partner with TA leaders and other HR partners to develop data models for recruitment
9. Develop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics, such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios
10. Create a data roadmap to illuminate areas of opportunity
