Analyst/Sr Analyst/Specialist - Forecasting

Team:

- Operations Analytics team consists of multiple teams supporting in areas of Demand planning, Capacity planning, project estimation and workforce optimization for customer support groups and operations.

Role Description:

- Forecast and provide strategic analysis to deliver value added data analytical services to the operations management team for business demands

- Build & maintain demand forecasting models for the products entrusted, and own the process by producing forecasts and recommendations for optimized management of demand; apply statistical techniques and identify key business drivers & trends for accurate forecasting

- Develops project estimates by identifying phases and elements, resource requirements and costs

- Prepares informative reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing insightful information

Candidate Description:

- Prior experience in providing detailed statistical analysis and support to operations management

- Familiarity in statistical database marketing techniques using data mining techniques like regression, logistic regression, CHAID, CART, cluster and factor analysis.

- Experience in forecasting techniques like ARIMA and GARCH

- Good working knowledge in SAS / SQL, R
