Analyst/Sr Analyst - Operations Analytics - SAS

Job Description:

- Provide operations analytics support to (Workplace Investing) WI business including capacity planning, demand forecasting, management of demand and optimization of organizational performance

- Build and operationalize appropriate processes to meet business needs

- Drive industry best practices within the team and be a subject matter expert in forecasting, demand planning and optimization

- Focus on innovation and an ability to operate independently in an environment strongly focused on creating impact for the business

- Liaison with US partners and ensure success of the engagements

- Involve in team to build and maintain demand forecasting and capacity planning models for multiple products and services while having accountability for own deliverables

- Identify and analyse key business drivers for accurate demand and associated staffing

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience in and familiarity with quantitative / predictive modelling using techniques such as Time Series and Regression Analysis and drivers based modelling

- Ability to produce and analyse key performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize metric integrity for management review

- Prior experience in managing business planning needs with innovative and quantitative analysis techniques

- Candidates having 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas like analytics, with outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and mature teams.
