Analyst/Sr Analyst/Mgr - Analytics - BFSI

Responsibilities

- Analytic Project Execution: Deliver consistently on simple individual analytic projects/sub-part of large analytic projects. This would require an understanding of analytical tools and techniques and the ability to apply the relevant tool/technique to the given business problem.

- Business Knowledge: Develop business context and knowledge. Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning.

- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with own immediate team. Establish trust and confidence with the business partner teams.

- Communication: Work with the team lead to present project analysis to the business teams effectively
Candidate Specification:

Skills:

Established competency in one or more of the following

- Financial Analytical Process

- Business Analysis

- Statistical Modeling

- Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

Knowledge and Expertise:

Highly numerate, as demonstrated by Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability.
