Role: HR Generalist (Pan India role)

Exp: 5-8 Years

Qualification: MBA - HR (Only from A or B Category MBA Colleges)

Location: Delhi (South)

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Own the staffing and recruitment process from end to end (manpower planning, sourcing, joining - on Boarding). Ensure minimal man-day loss on account of employee exit and replacement, quick turnaround.

- Designing and implementing new initiatives in the organization to keep the employees engaged and motivated.

- Sensitively Handling and Redressing Employee Grievance.

- Diagonistic Study of the organization to understand the strength and weak areas and initiating necessary development interventions.

- Planning, organizing and driving the Performance Management Cycle in the organization - right from performance planning to year end review ensuring strict adherence to the timelines and management mandates.

- Exit Analysis and necessary corrective actions to the relevant process/ system.

- Compensation Management - Internal and external benchmarking to ensure fair pay to all employees.

- Training need identification and driving competency enhancement programs to meet both the individual as well as organizational objectives

- Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Control.

- Ensuring HR Statutory Compliance as per applicable statutes. Maintenance of all statutory records as per provisions. Liasoning with govt offices/authorities and managing inspections etc

- MIS

- The role involves intensive coordination with senior management team. Jobholder is expected to work with a large degree of independence and establish procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work, within the organization’s plans, policies and reporting requirements.

- He/She must be aggressive and articulate to influence the senior leaders.

Skills/experience required:

- High Maturity level.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask.

- Interpersonal relations - Collaboration and expectation management of the line

- Expert in productive communication - Be able to influence and impact without formal power

- Functional Excellence - Good understanding of HR processes

- Process Orientation - Be able to maintain process integrity

- High Value Orientation with strong Drive and Execution orientation

- High Learning Agility & high Customer Orientation
