Analyst/Sr Analyst - Analytics & BI - IIT/IIM

Position: Analyst/ Sr. Analyst- Analytics and Business Intelligence IIT-IIM (2-5 years)

Qualification: IIT/IIM

Job Description

- Developing Statistical, Financial and Judgment based models to enhance the business decision making.

- Lead the creation of analytic frameworks that will guide the course of online initiatives.

- Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.

- Use data and analysis to uncover patterns of user behaviour and make recommendations to improve the digital experience

- Develop business cases, financial models, and key performance indicators

- Use Database knowledge and SQL skills to improve report generation and efficiency

- Drawing all actionable recommendations from data for senior management.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Candidates with 2-5 yrs of experience into Multiple Regression, Cluster analysis, Logistic regression, Conjoint Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Mix Modelling, Data Mining, Predictive Analytics are encouraged to apply

- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of tools SAS, R, SPSS, SQL, VBA etc

- Experience in Designing BI and Analytics strategy with technical architecture covering retail, corporate, operations and other business functions.

- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

- Good Communication Skills: Refers to effective oral, written and presentation skills

- Effective Analytics and Decision Making Skills

- Ability to impact business decisions through analytics and research
