Role - Analyst/ Specialist

Exp - 2 to 7 years

Location - Bangalore

Company - Reputed Financial Service company.

Qualification - Post Graduate/ Graduates from tier 1 colleges only.

Roles and responsibilities include:-

- The analyst will work on monitoring the website to identify issues against content, layout and design standards. The analyst will be expected to use his/her own judgement to identify issues from a user experience perspective even if they are not laid down within existing standards.

- It will be an individual contributor role within the online analytics team based out of India working with US partners.

- Monitor website to ensure adherence to standards

- Identify standards infractions and work with content owners to address issues within SLA

- Triage standards-related issues submitted through group email box and direct to appropriate team members

- Track recurring types of infractions and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Typical Deliverables:

- Site monitoring as per schedule; detail orientation in identifying design, content and layout issues from a user as well as standards perspective

- Reporting on site monitoring on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Development of senior management dashboards.

- Coordinating with design, content, business and technical teams for implementation of recommendations from site monitoring exercise.

- Website behavior and customer experience deep dive analysis.

Desired Skills:-

- Experience with user-centered online content design and as a customer advocate

- Experience in visual design, information architecture or usability

- Experience establishing and enhancing standards and implementing best practices through usability testing, industry research, and competitive benchmarking

- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
