Candidates with a combination of strong Digital marketing and Business Analyst.

To document its business support and fulfillment processes as well as help create a knowledge base that will enable the process execution team members to be trained up and when necessary, refer to for how to execute support and fulfillment processes.

The objectives of the role -

- Needs to understand existing processes and documentation on the fulfilment process

- Through discussions with customer, understand and enhance the documentation to update the content related to fulfilment process. The end objective being to create a comprehensive fulfilment knowledge base.

- Should be able to create comprehensive documentation of processes and training material.

- Identify and elucidate requirements for automation of fulfilment processes.

- Hands on Salesforce (good to have)

- Coordinate between the offshore BPO executives and the end customer, help in assigning tasks, track tasks, doing peer reviews, etc.

- Should be willing to work in US business hours.(4:00pm IST-12am IST)
