We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Bangalore.

Position : Analyst/ Sr. Research Analyst - Generalist

Exp : 5- 7 yrs with MBA/ PG/ B.tech/ B.E

Role & Responsibilities :

- Conduct Secondary research, gather data and facts, convert the same into meaningful analyses

- Handling stake holders and Clients to understand their specification.

- Comprehensively searching internal and external resources to identify companies and markets to be targeted for relevant candidates

- Knowledge of the research across domains to support the Segment's development on a global scale

- Proactively provide insights on industry trends and key companies Act as a thought partner to Research & Consulting colleagues, work on search strategy, benchmarking candidates

- Collaboration with senior consultants & partners, demonstrating conceptual thinking, defining search strategy, bench marking candidates and appropriate target companies for the your sector

- Knowledge of secondary databases like Factiva, Bloomberg etc.
