Analyst/Senior Analyst - Portfolio Risk

Sr Analyst- Portfolio Risk (very urgent VBA, MS Access, SQL is mandate with 2-3 yrs exp- Strong analytical skills and credit background.

- Knowledge of trade finance products is a plus

- Strong computer skills - demonstrated experience in SQL, MS-Office including VBA programming

is looking for extremely bright candidates with a Finance / Portfolio Management / Computer Science background, to support Risk and Portfolio Analytics. The role is categorized as Portfolio Risk Analyst reporting functionally to the TFDM Risk Analytics Head, and would suit an ambitious individual looking to further develop their credit risk & portfolio management skills in a challenging, fast paced environment, where the team and individual can make significant contribution within GTB.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generation, support and further improvement of monthly risk overviews to steer the portfolio development in accordance to existing risk frameworks (Financial Supply Chain, Mid-Tenor TF Products, Guarantees, FSC Buyer Pools)

- Execute route cause analysis of observed data quality issues and manage solution phase accordingly with respective counterparts (GBS Operations, Sales, PTM and/or Finance) to assure correct risk reflection of the TF portfolio for group reporting purposes

- Support the annual validation of credit risk parameters for TF products and monitor losses and recoveries to successfully deliver on the DB's mandate to the Trade register of the International Chamber of Commerce

- Global coordination and support for the dilution risk parameter calibration through collection of dilution event information in coordination with TF Sales.

- Support on day-to-day deal management activities for Account Receivables Pool deals with focus on new deal onboarding to DB's systems

- Identify, initiate and execute automation and optimization of tasks and current processes in coordination with main stakeholders like Product Management, TF Sales, CRM among others. Performance of ad hoc analysis for different stakeholders (Risk Portfolio Management, Sales, CRM etc.) related to the risk profile of the TF portfolio.
